Description

This exhibit is presented by The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust

This exhibit contains more than 500 photographs that tell the story of young Anne Frank from her days of freedom in the 1930s to hiding with her family in Amsterdam and her death in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. Visitors can watch a 28-minute film titled "The Short Life of Anne Frank" that includes the only known footage of Frank. This powerful exhibit provides the opportunity to learn, explore, share and remember the history and lessons of the Holocaust and its continued relevance today. The space also includes the "Witness to the Holocaust: WWII Veteran William Alexander Scott III at Buchenwald" photograph and essay exhibit, as well as the "Witness to the Holocaust" sculpture series by artist Devorah Sperber.
