The musical “Once” takes place on the streets of Dublin, where an Irish vacuum repairman and a Czech immigrant are drawn together by their shared love of music.

“Once” is making its regional premiere in Atlanta.

The Tony Award-winning musical is based on the indie film, which came out in 2007. Both versions are much beloved by fans around the world.

“City Lights” producer Ryan McFadin spoke with actors Chase Peacock and Jessica de Maria. De Maria began by explaining how “Once” made it to the Horizon.

The show is on stage through March 8.
