Get your Easter baskets ready for an assortment of egg hunts popping up around metro Atlanta.
This year’s hopping holiday happenings range from underwater egg searches to candy-filled eggs scattered around Piedmont Park.
Here are some exciting Easter egg hunts scattered around Atlanta for you and the kids to enjoy.
Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt
When: March 31, 8 a.m.
Where: Callanwolde Fine Arts Center
Cost: $5 per person
The Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center will be an epic event with thousands of eggs filled with candies for the children to find. There are also three golden “prize” eggs sprinkled in. The kid-centric event will also feature a face painter, dance floor and the Easter Bunny. Underwater Egg Hunt
When: March 31, 11 a.m.
Where: Bethesda Park & Aquatic Center
Cost: $12 per person
Take Easter festivities to the water during the Underwater Egg Hunt at Bethesda Pool in Lawrenceville. All ages are invited to participate in the event, which will be filled with prizes, crafts, games and the Easter bunny. Don’t forget to bring a basket that is waterproof and to pre-register online.
Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt
When: April 1, 10 a.m.
Where: Park Tavern in Piedmont Park
Cost: Adults: $34.95, Ages 7-12: $14.95, Ages 6 and under: Free
Come hungry for Park Tavern’s 14th Annual Easter Brunch buffet and egg hunt, because there will be plenty to eat. Eggs benedict with Canadian bacon, french toast, omelettes and a chocolate fountain are a few of the selections available at the event. Drinks on the menu include juice, soda, tea and coffee. The egg hunt will begin at noon and the Easter bunny will be present for pictures.
Easter Egg Hunt at Tap
When: April 1, 11 a.m.
Cost: Admission is free
Enjoy brunch at Tap, a Gastropub in Midtown Atlanta, on Easter Sunday. Shrimp and grits, stuffed french toast, short stack pancakes and strawberry salads are a few of the dishes on Tap’s brunch menu. A Bloody Mary and mimosa bar will keep the drinks flowing throughout the event. Two egg hunts will kick off at noon and 2 p.m.
