The Zoo Atlanta panda twins, Ya Lun and Xi Lun, turned one year old on Sept. 3.
Their birthday surprise was an ice cake creation built at the Zoo by celebrity panda pop-maker King of Pops. They also enjoyed leafeater biscuit treats delivered inside hand-painted boxes.
The pandas’ names together mean “Lun Lun’s elegant and happy daughters.”
They are the sixth and seventh offspring of Lun Lun, 20, and Yang Yang, 19, and according to Zoo Atlanta they are the only giant panda twins in the U.S.
